Program of the Day: Xtra Windows Stability

An interesting shell extension that would be useful for people suffering from Explorer.exe freezing alot. You know when one explorer.exe freezes and you end task it, all of them died. For example, if your file explorer freezes, and you end task it, your desktop taskbar disappears. This is because windows lumps all of these inside the all important explorer.exe. When one crashes, all others die. Xtra Windows Stability splits explorer.exe into the parts so you can selectively kill one of them incase it starts to misbehave.
While the site that its hosted on has more to be desired, the program is verified and actually rates top 14th on the very nice Shell Extension City list.
Check it out, on Excessive-Software, midway down the blue list.
