The USPS has announced the winner of the Star Wars character poll which was held for 2 months. We have chosen Yoda. In a commemorative 15 stamp sheet, Yoda shall appear and pay for your postage needs. This is in conjunction with the Star Wars 30th anniversary events, where USPS rolled out mailboxes that looked like R2-D2’s and Star Wars themed Express envelopes. While i have yet to see a R2-D2 mailbox, I have seen pictures, and its just brilliant :)
I remember we posted something on them, where enterprising students posed infront of it.
I hope to see some mail paid for by Yoda soon enough.
